About The Make A Wish Foundation
Make-A-Wish is a charity that grants wishes to
terminally ill children and young people.
Since its creation in 1986 the
foundation has granted over 5,000
wishes. At any given point in time,
there are over 20,000
children just in the UK that are
currently living with
life-threatening conditions. The aim of
the make a wish foundation is to grant a
total of 21 wishes a week by the year
2010.

Wishes: Jordan’s Easter
Jordan lives with a
life-threatening skin condition and is a
huge fan of cars and monster trucks.
Jordan
always wanted to go
to the Easter Thunderball event at the
Santa Pod Raceway and thanks to
donations Make-A-Wish made this
possible.
Eight
year old Jordan was joined on his day of
adventure by his mum and dad and also by
brothers Ryan and Scott. They arrived in
a black luxury limousine and started by
visiting the Santa Pod shop.
There the
boys received some very special gifts,
got kitted out in racing driving gear
and were made to feel like real racing
car drivers.
